| SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER [university building.] |

There are several offices placed among the school. All of them look alike, having desks and a staff room where teachers hang out and eat. This is a place for you to go ask questions if you are having any troubles with your schedule.

| classrooms;;
The classroom vary in sizes. Most of them are rather large, containing many seats for students to sit and listen for the presenter talk and teach lessons about the subject you had chosen. A large chalkboard is usually in the center of the room, giving the teacher loads of room to jot down things for your notes. Other are musch smaller, containing only a few desks and a smaller chalk board or a white board. These classes are usually for extra cirricuar classes.

Two large wooden doors are the only thing standing the way of you and endless shelves of books. Once you step in, there are three floors of just books. The conditions and genres of the books are very different, giving students only the best for their education.

There are two gyms, a large one and a smaller one. The large one is used for big games. Like for when the schools rivals come to town and are chanllenging our school. It's also used for assemblies and such, like rememberance day. The smaller one is used for practises and smaller games, seeing as there is less space and less bleachers.

The cafeteria is a very large place, placed in the center of the building. It is a large circle of tables and concession stands. They serve only the best food, not gourmet food, but fast food. Subway; Quiznos; you name it, they have it. This large area is also full of vending machines, in case you just want to get something to munch on in between classes.

| computer lab;;
Only the most hi-tech computers for these students. Most of them being PC's and a few Macs, for those who are picky with what they like to work with. If one computer gets a virus, it is dealt with almost instantly. If the virus is too serious, the computer is thrown out and a new one replaces it.

Located throughout the school, bathrooms are rather important. They give the students an excuse to be excused from class, if only for five minutes. They can either go their to fix their make up or to do something else when no one is around.

This is a wing of the school; you must go through a set of big doors and you can go through 7 doorways. These are: The Choir Room, Band Room, The Computer Design Room, The Dance Studio, The Modeling Room, Theater Room, and Art Room. These are for the scholars who are more into the arts.

The lounge is a big room that is filled with couches, bean chairs and videogames as well as TV's and a stereo system. It's the main chill spot for students if they have down time. You can play pool, pin ball or any other arcade game.

Climb up about five flights of stairs and you'll reach the roof. It's rather clean, considering it's a building where birds like to hang out. But the view is absolutely amazing, you can see over the whole city and watch the sun set. It's one of the best make-out spots on campus. The best part is, teachers can hardly ever find you if you skip class.

Four hallways on one floor with about fifty rooms in each hallway. The rooms that are numbered one hundred to two hundred are the girl's dorm. The rooms that are numbered two hundred and one to three hundred and one are for boys. This is for adultary purposes.

The courtyard is a very magical-looking place. It's filled with flowers and towered over by trees, making the area have a magical look to it. There are benches set up along the pathway for students to sit and talk amongst their friends. It's also a good place to go for a short walk and go off to think. The path is long and you end up at a cul-de-sac of just benches and flowers, making you feel calm and relaxed.

A large grass field that is outlined by a track for that special season known as track season. The grass field is for all of those football scholars out there. It's also used for soccer and rugby, seeing as those are also available for scholars.

| smoke pit;;
The smoke pit is an area a bit farther away from the building. Seeing as smoking is forbidden on school grounds, the students found a place for them to smoke. So, all of the smokers hang out there, we recommend you don't go through there if your don't smoke.

These portables are located all around campus. Each of them are used for a different purpose. Some are for storage and some are used for classrooms.

The offices. Very important. If you are a rebel, you basically live here throughout the school year. The offices are usually there for when you are late, need to give some school fees or if you get into trouble.

There is a whiteboard in every classroom as well as around thirty desks, all lined up in front of the whiteboard. The teacher desk is located to the left of the whiteboard, making it easy for the students to get up and ask the teacher any questions they may have.

Instead of making a huge wing for all of the artsy people in the school, they just made a few big portables. They are very nice, having plenty of space for the students to put their instruments.

The dorms are nicely furnished, being filled with only the best sheets, pillows and curtains. There is a couch in every dorm, as well as a TV and a bathroom for your luxury. Although, there is not way to connect to the outside world, there is only pencil and paper. The dorms can fit up to two people at a time, although most people choose to have a dorm to themselves. Another thing. There are two halls for the dorms. The hallway numbered one hundred to three hundred are for the girls as the hallways labeled three hundred and one to five hundred are for the boys.

These are more houses and mansions for the families who can affored them. They are located close to the university, just in case one of the family members attends it. Usually, the people who live here have a small family or have a baby on the way.

These apartments have very different conditions. Some are very new and have the top floors and are fully furnished. They have the best views of the oceans and are close to the university. Others are not so good. They are old and look like thay are going to fall down if you touch it. They are located farther away from the university and don't have a very nice view at all.

A well-known haunted house within Vancouver. Little kids are told the story by the older ones, just to scare them. Even the older residents of Vancouver know the story all too well. Rumor has it, that the McPherson family of four was brutally murdered there, one by one. Apparently there's screams and cries that echo if you happen to be walking nearby. Another known rumor, is that anyone who dares to enter never comes out. Do you dare?

You never know what can happen between you and a partner. Maybe you got kicked out. Motels are a good and cheap place to spend the night, even though they are small and smell like urine.

One of the biggest malls in the world, which means tons of shoping for shopoholics. It has just about every store you could imagine and it goes up to about four floors. It is also split into two parts, the south mall and the north mall, each of them having different stores. Except, the north mall is the one with the food court.

One of the hottest night clubs around. It's so insane that you have to check your pulse, so it get's it's name. There is a bar, a dance floor and always a live DJ with lights and everything.

Going to a bachelor party? Or maybe you just like to watch naked girls dance? Usually the hottest girls dance here and they are more expensive than the usual club. Spend your money wisely.

Everyone needs to relax once in a while. This spa is the greatest place to relax at when it comes to exam times. That is usually when it's busiest and most students go to relax. There are many different departments to chose from to help yourself relax.

Basically, it's a tattoo parlour. They have a clean premises, never re-use needles, and have the proper paperwork to run the shop. The crew of tattoo artists -- James, Robbie, Rico, and Aurora -- are highly trained and experienced in what they do. They all have their specialities, like portraits, color, black and white and such things. But all four of them are experienced and can help anyone out.

Karen Magneson is a place full of active things to do. They have a pool, an ice rink, a weight room and gymnastics arena. There are many classes that are set up every day as well as fitness classes. The pool is very popular among kids, seeing as it's a wave pool.

The art museum. Self-explanatory, really. An ornate building carved by the hands of a skilled carpenter, and filled with exquisite masterpieces. You usually find older people and art majors actually within the building, however. Everyone else usually just sits on the steps; smoking, chilling and talking. Even drinking, if you pass by late enough.

A n B sounds is a huge music store, full of CD's, Cassettes, records, record players and the lastes gadgets. It's very popular among the students and citizens of Vancouver, partially because it's two floors of just music.

The void is one of the biggest arcades out there. It ranges from classics like Pac-Man to DDR. It's the gaming nerds dream come true because of how massive and how many games there are. Oddly enough, they are placed in alphabetical order so it is easier for you to find them.

A very expensive restaurant that has it's food imported from Italy. Only the most classy people get to go there, unless you have enough money and take a girl on a very nice date. Masimo is the manager and is a very nice man, he sometimes let's less wealthy peole in and gives them a big discount.

Coffee. The liquid that ninety-nine percent of north americans drink that let them think throughout the day. Starbucks is one of the most popular coffee houses in the world. It is popular among people of all ages and is a good place to just sit and chat with friends and maybe go on a quick date.

O2 is a shop full of oxygen stations. Originally from Japan, these stations are used mostly by highschool and university students. One would place a mask over their nose and mouth, and breathe pure oxygen. It's believed that it relieves stress, and helps people in the fight of losing weight.

Mount Frostbite is an ice cream shop. Although, it's not an everyday place to buy ice cream. On the inside and out, it looks like one of those straight out of the 1950's. Black and white checkered flooring, candy apple red booths, and a pale blue counter with spinning stools. The flavours, however, aren't technically from that time era. There's any flavour and every flavour of ice cream itself, along with frozen yogurt and gelatin. Not too mention milkshakes and sundaes!

Basically, a candy shop. But not just your average candy shop. The Sugar Tooth has any candy and chocolate that you may want. The shop itself looks small and even a little shabby from the outside, because the owners spend most of their earnings on keeping the inside of it clean, colorful, and well-stocked.

An amusement park, not one of the biggest pr best, but still an amusement park. It's also a fair, containing many booths and shows that are playing at a shceduled parts of the day. The rides are the most popular things if you are a thrill seeker.

Only a two minute walk from the PNE, is the Slashdown. Slashdown is a water park. There's hoses, buckets, and other equipment used with soaking your friends. There's themed set-ups that one would run through, in another attempt to get yourself soaked. There's also a shallow pool off to the side, where you can easily get ammo; or just relax after running around and attacking the people you decided to come with.

The beaches of this popular hang out spot are very soft and have only sand. The waters are rather cold, seeing as Vancouver is a bit up of the equator. However, if you come on the perfect day, the waters are rather warm and enjoyable to swim in.

A large arena that can change from an ice rink to a concert stage whenever the occasion presents itself. This giant arena seats around twenty thousand and the seats are really comfy.

Lynn Valley is, basically, one big valley with a mountain right beside it. This mountain is Grouse Mountain, and, if you love to ski and hike, this is the best place for you.

A theater that has six screenings and are rather cheap. It always has the most recent movies playing and has the best popcorn around. It has two floors with concession stands on each floor. The screens are massive and the seats are really comfortable for you.

The stables are available for both english and western riders. The horses here are very flexible and there is tack for both styles. Although, if you have a horse of your own, you can keep them here. There are six arenas, two inside and four outside. The barns are heated and the horses are fed twice a day.

Pretty much just a mass mount of fields slapped together; with no fences, barbed wire, or domestic animals. Every now and again, if you're lucky, you can spot a rabbit or a deer, but they're not usually hanging out in the clear open. Filled with grasses and wildflowers, teenagers often come out here to either party, hang out with a few select friends, or just by yourself to ponder anything and everything.
